Why does this bundle contains English and French content, why aren't they separated?
Some content is only available in English at the moment and many of the clients taking the French bundle special also speak English and are given access to some English content not yet available in French, and to make both bundles fair for all users, and simplify the marketing, it was easier to make the whole content available in both packages.
If I am not using the French content, can I request a refund for those?
The bundle price was set upon only one language content. The other language courses and content is my gift to you if you use it. :)
Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
If you are unsatisfied with your bundle, reach out to us to see if your purchase is eligible for a refund. *Everything that will already be opened and(or) started cannot be refunded and since the bundle price allows you to access with a huge discount, the refunds will be calculated prorata with this discount. The teachable platform allows the owner to see which course has been started and how many lectures are completed.
You can access the sales page of each content to see what it is and what is included if your wish to see before starting any lectures.
You can also purchase only the content you desire without continuing with the Holiday Special bundle.
Can I continue to access the content of this bundle after the purchase offer ends?
Yes! Of course. If you have purchased the content with and during this Holiday Special offer, the content is yours to enjoy. No need to rush. Take you time to mindfully enjoy it!
Can I purchase this bundle for someone else? I have to enter my email address to enroll.
Of course you can purchase for a dear friend or family member. It's a great idea! You can simply purchase and enter that person's email address when enrolling and he or she will receive the confirmation access in that provided email address to start enjoying the bundle, just like you would if it was you.
